Welcome to my poems and quotes page. Over the years I've occasionally written many poems. I never liked english and never usually thought of putting much work into my poetry, but somehow they turn out pretty good... sometimes you just feel like writting a poem. I always have lot of things on my mind that would be good to write about, but usually never do unless for some specific reason... so thats why most of my poems are love poems. :o) I lost almost all of my poems a couple years ago, I had tons, but now only a few are left, mostly ones I wrote recently and I'm sure I'll be adding new ones. Enjoy, and let me know what you think of them. Also included for your entertainment below the poems is a quotes section, I didn't come up with all of those, just the last one, but they're a few of my favorites from famous people and from my roommate Brian :o) A new addition is some funny actual personal quotes of people that hang out in my room and say some twisted things. Also at the very bottom is a few links to pages that have all of my favorite cool e-mail forwards or touching stories and things, I have lots more I've gotten but forgot to save so I'm looking for them again, if you know of any cool ones you have send them to me please.

To Be Me
To be me means having a kind and caring heart,
It means thinking of others right from the start.
To be me means to always lend a helping hand,
It means burying my own feelings in the sand.
To be me means I have to do the right thing,
It means I have duties to do good as if I were King.
To be me means always being the nice guy,
It means nice guys finish last no matter what I try.
To be me means having friends yet being lonely too much,
It means everyone is near but no one is within touch.
To be me means too often thinking in my mind alone,
It means never finding the answer I hope to be shone.
To be me means being the only way I know how to be,
It means… being… me.
This Girl I Know
There is this girl that I know,
Everyday I miss her so…
From the first day I met her,
She touched my heart forever.
With beautiful eyes deeper than space,
Starlight beams from her pretty face.
Always there to make me smile,
To cheer me up she'll go the extra mile.
Funny and silly as she can be,
The greatest friend she is to me.
I'd do anything for this girl I know,
Everyday I miss her so…
Always Thinking of You
When I wake in the morning the first thing I feel,
Is your loving arms around me, and the kiss I steal.
I feel this even when you're not even here its true,
I feel this because I'm always thinking of you.
Throughout my day, you're always on my mind,
Your special sweet presence I always seem to find.
Everywhere I go, my senses are filled with you,
All breaths, sounds, and sights are you, fresh and new.
Your sweet voice on the wind is always calling me,
Fleeting and mysterious, swirled away before I can see.
But the thought of you fills me and my spirits they lift,
No matter the distance your effects are swift.
Every time I close my eyes a picture of you fills the void,
Or your face seems to appear in a crowd and I am overjoyed.
Your beautiful face and sexy body, your infinitely deep eyes,
Thinking of staring into them puts me on one of my highs.
When I finally go to bed at night the last thing I feel,
Is your loving arms around me, and sweet dreams almost real.
I feel this even when you're nowhere near where I lay,
I feel this because I'm always thinking of you in every way.
Too Good To Be True
It can only be too good to be true,
Its far better than I ever knew.
For so long now I have been blue,
Didn't think I could make it through.
Friends all around, I had my crew,
Yet “just friends” is all I knew.
Then strolling down life's avenue,
I stumbled into a girl as if on cue.
Sweet, kind, and caring to name a few,
Drawn closer with everything she'll do.
Totally beautiful, she's quite the view,
A smile and deep eyes that look right through.
Feelings and emotions all seem new,
Its been awhile since I feel like I do.

Comfortable With You
Its in the way you lay there forever beside me.
Its in the way you make me feel floating free.
Its in the way you fit perfectly into my arms.
Its in the way you make me smile with your charms.
Its how I feel I could just be with you forever.

Its how I feel I can say or do anything around you.
Its how I feel I can just relax and be me in all I do.

Caring
From the very first time I met her,
I cared very deeply, of this I was sure.
Why, I do not know the reason,
But its as sure as the changing season.
Always I see her so troubled and sad,
So much so that it makes me mad.
Wishing I could do something right,
Caring and wondering through the night.
Anything to see a smile on that pretty face,
Bad feelings away I wish I could chase.
To bring joy into her heart I'd do anything,
Into her heart, love I'd really like to bring.
Together at last our caring is complete,
It seems like its been such a large feat.
Happy and smiling in our hearts always,
Both caring for the other through our days.
A smile on my face she always assures,
Seeing her, my happiness endures.
She does everything she can for me,
Her care for me I can plainly see.
She always knows when I'm unhappy,
Wishing she could help, she feels crappy.
She makes every effort to make me smile,
She always seems to go that extra mile.

Each individual life is pointless in the overall scheme of things.
Eventually no one will remember you and your life won't affect the universe or life in general.
You're the only one that's going to live it.
In the long run the only thing that matters is what you get out of it.
Nothing really matters in the end so live life to the fullest and have fun.
We all die sometime.
